Best concert ever! But there is room for improvement..
"PTD On Stage LA (Nov. 27th) is a concert that I will never forget!! We had a lot of fun. The food + food service was excellent! BUT, firstly, I think there should鈥檝e been more SoFi employees present OUTSIDE of the venue - especially the merch areas and the lines to get inside the stadium. Secondly, the lines to get inside the venue were just very chaotic! Different lines started merging together and I remember getting claustrophobic at one point. Doors did not open until 5:30 to enter the venue, and I think they should鈥檝e opened them sooner (at least an hour earlier than that). The time we spent waiting in line could鈥檝e been spent doing other activities we unfortunately missed out on. So I wish there were employees present there to better guide visitors to the right areas. The line for express booths was MUCH shorter, and the whole time we were waiting in the wrong line. The moment we got to SoFi we went straight for the merch line, and we waited in line for about 3.5 hours. But what we failed to realize was that there were 2 separate merch lines: one for the main merch booths and another for the express booths (we wanted to go to the express booths). We ended up not getting to our seats until 10 minutes before the show started, so we were really stressed about making it in time for the show. Other than that, we enjoyed our time."
